Virginia State baseball off to a good start this season receiving votes in the latest National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Top 10 Atlantic Region Poll announced Wednesday March 1st as the Trojans look to build on winning games this season.
VSU is 6-4 overall. It’s not easy to become recognized at the national level, but head coach Merrill Morgan, I believe, is up for the task. The Trojans open a four-game series hosting Mansfield University March 4-5, 2023, in Ettrick, VA this weekend.
