BIRMINGHAM, Ala.- The Southwestern Athletic Conference has announced its 2025 SWAC Baseball Tournament seedings featuring the league’s top eight teams at the conclusion of regular season play.
2025 SWAC Regular Season Champion Bethune-Cookman enters the tournament as the No. 1 seed (24-5 SWAC).
Florida A&M claimed the No. 2 seed (24-6 SWAC) while Alabama State claimed the No. 3 seed (21-9 SWAC) in the tournament followed by No. 4 seed Arkansas-Pine Bluff (17-9 SWAC).
Grambling State is the No. 5 seed (18-11 SWAC) followed by No. 6 seed Jackson State (16-12 SWAC).
Southern (15-3 SWAC) and Texas Southern (15-15 SWAC) claimed the final two tournament bids and will enter the tournament as the No. 7 and No. 8 seeds respectively.
The 2025 SWAC Baseball Tournament is scheduled to be played on May 21-25 at Rickwood Field located in Birmingham, Ala.
