Twenty-seven student-athletes from the baseball team at the University of Arkansas – Pine Bluff have been named to the 2020-21 Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll. Grades from the past academic year determined the honor roll.
To be selected, a student-athlete in a SWAC sponsored sport must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
One UAPB baseball student-athlete posted a 4.0 grade-point average while 13 Golden Lions were at a 3.50 GPA or higher.
The 27 athletes met the benchmark of academic success between the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters, marking the team’s highest collective total of student-athletes to qualify within the past five academic years.
