Forty-three games over four months await the Tougaloo baseball program and head coach Earl Sanders when the 2021 season kicks off in February. The Bulldogs will play 31 of those contests against HBCU baseball programs.
The schedule features 25 home games at the James C. Coleman Athletic Complex, in Tougaloo, Mississippi along with nine other games played across the state during the season. The Bulldogs travel to New Orleans, LA to play a three-game series with Xavier of Louisiana which last year announced the return of baseball competition for the first time after a 60 year hiatus.
The coaching staff put together a competitive non-conference schedule, both at home and on the road, along with playing games across the State of Mississippi.
Tougaloo will open 2021 with seven straight home games beginning with a four-game tilt with visiting Marian University February 6-7. Then scheduled is a three-game series verses Wiley College (Feb. 13-14) before its first road game (Feb. 20-21) at Stillman College followed by a non-conference four-game home series with Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) member Texas College (Feb. 27-28).
Tougaloo will continue scheduling it’s traditional games against NCAA Division I programs from the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) with two mid-weeks contest at Jackson State April 2nd, and the 13th, both 9 inning affairs.

You should reach out to one of their new additions Logan Clark. He is a freshman from Lake Charles, Lousiana. He has very interesting story and also impressive stats out of high school. His hometown also suffered two major hurricanes this past fall. I heard is a very passionate player with a good all around skill-set.
