New University of Maryland at Eastern Shore head baseball coach Charlie Goens is bringing a wealth of experence to Hawks baseball. Hired as the 12th head baseball coach in program history, Goens brings more than a decade of coaching experience from Davis & Elkins College in Elkins, West Virginia, University Richmond, Roanoke College in Virginia and Newberry College in South Carolina, his alma mater.
