The Harris-Stowe State University athletic department has officially announced the 2021 baseball schedule. The Hornets will kick off their season on Friday, February 12th when they travel to Henderson, Tennessee, to take on the 9th ranked Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) University Lions in a three-game series.
The Hornets will get their first chance to play at the newly renovated Stars Park on Friday, March 13th when they host Waldorf (Iowa) University for the first two games of a four-game series. They will kick off conference play on Friday, March 19th when they travel to Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, to take on the Williams Baptist (Ark.) University Eagles in the first two games of a four-game set.
The Hornets will also play 19 junior varsity games throughout the season. Their first junior varsity game will be played on Sunday, February 14th against Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) University following the conclusion of the varsity game at noon.
