Fall Baseball Report: Prairie View A&M

The fall season saw many highlights from the Prairie View A&M Panther baseball program with several returnees and newcomers who performed well.

From a pitching standpoint newcomers, transfer Landyn Grant, Issac Herrea, Beau Beaty, Jeffrey Polledo, Kamar Dove and Marcus McMillan demonstrated good stuff and continued growth throughout the fall. First-year students, Dakari Hayes and Mason Maxie showed tremendous poise on the mound by having a very productive fall season.

Returnees, Tyson Carlton, Julian Scott, and Leo Bravo were productive and have a strong ask of a stellar group that will anchor the pitching staff for the spring. Overall, the group will continue to grow and develop as the Panthers prepare for the spring 25 season.

Prairie View A&M infield returnees Lee Allen, Jadin Moreno, Cameron Frankin, and Mason Heiskell had a very productive fall season. Newcomers, Landon Williams, freshmen Sonnier Moses, and Chase Moore showed flashes of great plays and growth this fall.  Overall, the infield group will have the strongest competition for playing time for the spring season.

In the outfield, returnees Mike Smith Jr, Michael Burroughs, Jordan Williams, and Jayden Williams were standouts this fall practice. Newcomer, Sebastian Harden demonstrated tremendous potential and led the Panthers in several offensive metrics for this fall.

Overall, the Panthers had a decent fall but there is more work to do as they prepare for the 2025 baseball season.
