
The Tuskegee Golden Tigers concluded their weekend rivalry series with a doubleheader split against conference opponent Miles College on Saturday. Tuskegee won the first game 15-6 but then suffered a 9-3 defeat in the second game. They bounced back in the series finale with an impressive 11-4 victory, securing the series 2-1.

The No. 4 Bethune-Cookman Wildcats pulled off an upset against the No. 1 Jackson State Tigers by winning two out of three games in the SWAC conference series. Jackson State won the series opener with a decisive 13-2 victory on Friday. However, Bethune-Cookman bounced back with a 9-5 win on Saturday and clinched the series on Sunday with a 15-7 victory.

The Clark Atlanta Panthers won two out of three games against No. 9 Morehouse College over the weekend during their scheduled three-game series in SIAC Conference play. On Saturday, March 22, Clark Atlanta won the first game 10-4, followed by a close 11-10 victory in the second game. Morehouse managed to avoid being swept by winning the final series game 17-7 on Sunday.

The University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff Lions completed a series sweep over Alcorn State during the weekend, with scores of 18-5, 12-9, and 24-3 in Lorman, MS.

No. 8 Dillard University swept a three-game series against HBCUAC conference rivals Tougaloo College, scoring a total of 30 runs over the weekend. The final scores were 11-2, 9-8, and 10-1 at Earl Sanders Field in Tougaloo, MS.
