Tuskegee University baseball has moved quickly in replacing former coach Reginald Hollins with Chadwick Hall, who had spent the previous seven seasons at Jackson State.
Hall comes equipped to Tuskegee with Division I college baseball coaching experience at Jackson State, where he also played collegiate baseball.
Tuskegee could not be more excited to have Hall join Tuskegee. He has experience playing in the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) and coaching at a premier college program and brings a unique perspective to the Golden Tigers baseball program with his background. He will be an excellent addition as the Golden Tigers look to competing for a Black College National Championship.
Chad Hall joined the Jackson State coaching staff in 2015 as an assistant coach. During his seven seasons on the Jackson State staff, the Tigers won more than 30 ball games as a team in six years, thanks to his contributions. Hall’s presence also had a positive impact defensively, as evidenced by a combined .957 fielding percentage over the last four years.
Hall started coaching baseball at Tupelo Christian Prep School and with numerous summer league teams. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Health and a master’s degree in Physical Education and Health, both from Jackson State University.
Hall will work relentlessly to recruit the best student-athletes to Tuskegee while developing them both on and off the field.
