WACO, Texas – Javion Randle of Jarvis Christian College (Texas) were selected as RRAC Baseball Co-Players of the Week for March 21-27.

Javion Randle 3Randle earned his second player of the week honor of the season with a .556 average and 10 RBIs in a 2-3 week for the Bulldogs. The senior rightfielder hit safely in all five games for JCC including a 3-for-4 effort with one RBI in a loss to Grambling State University (La.) on Tuesday. Randle drove in at least one run in each of JCC’s four games against Huston-Tillotson University (Texas) on Friday and Saturday. In the second game of the series, the Houston native was 2-for-4 with a double, triple and two RBIs as the Bulldogs won, 9-6. Randle went 3-for-3 in the third game with three runs scored and four RBIs en route to a 9-3 victory. For the week, he was 10-for-18 hitting with eight runs scored, a home run and three stolen bases. Randle leads the RRAC with a .482 batting average. The Bulldogs are 10-6 in the RRAC and 14-19 overall.
