PRINCESS ANNE, Maryland – Maryland Eastern Shore will make the first of two trips to Greensboro, North Carolina this weekend as the Hawks visit the North Carolina A&T State Aggies. Friday and Saturday’s game will begin at 3 p.m. with a 1 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. All contests will be played at World War Memorial Stadium in Greensboro.

This is the first meeting between the two Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference schools since the 2011 season, when the Aggies swept a three game set in April and then defeated the Hawks in the MEAC Tournament. Since 1988 the two foes have met 50 times, with the Aggies winning 38 of those meetings.

Both teams are looking for their first victories of the season. Eastern Shore was swept by the Mercer Bears in Georgia and A&T fell short to Richmond, James Madison and Western Carolina last weekend. The teams are also looking for a return trip to the MEAC Tournament this May.
